Per online complaint, "The building I live in doesn't get any maintenance. THe gront door molding is rotted, no carbon monoxide detectors, washer/dryer leaks water and it has not been fixed. I have a black mold problem in my unit and damaged appliances that the landlord isn't helping with. He just says it is my problem."
