Large sailboat (24 foot long) and trailer located on property. Subsequent illegal structure was erected around it. The boat and trailer combo appears to be in an authorized location. The structure requires a permit.

Tenants are storing large sailboat on a trailer in the side yard (northeastern portion of lot). Wooden siding has been assembled around the sides of the boat - complainant believes that metal/plastic tubing will be installed around the frame to construct a quonset hut for boat repair.***CONST SR was not created - please inform tech/ISA if CONST SR is necessary***
