Steel plates on N 36th St and Phinney Ave N, from the 3620 Phinney Ave Project, are unsecured and causing extreme noise, as-well as traffic hazard. We are unable to sleep at night and are experiencing extreme hardship due to the noise caused by the plates on a City Street. They are improperly mounted and need to be addressed ASAP. Thank you very much.
