PER CSB 25-00009612: Our apartments are located adjacent to the overpass. Over the last six months we have experienced a lot of foot traffic through our parking lot. People are coming on to our property and using our water faucets outside the building. Our water bill has increased significantly. We are putting locks on all of the faucets. Per online complaint "Anonymous person submitted on AV hotline Silver Nissan Altima parked over a month: Lic #981TZY. BACK OF THE BUILDING ON 14TH AVE W. ALLEY ENTRANCE.
