Owner refuses to make fix broken window located in rear of studio apt. Window is currently covered with board and plexiglass. Black mold all over ceiling. Uncovered sewer pump in bathroom oozes sewage from time to time - OK now but flooded kitchen last week. Kitchen sink leaks, water drips on cupboards and underneath the sink rotting the wooden boards.
