PER ONLINE: There is a lot of digging and grading going on and I checked it out and they have demoed some of the baring walls in the basement and due to the fact that they have dug the basement floor you can see that there is no footing under the north side of the basement. I am also not sure that they have the new supports that they are putting in are in the right area and I think due to all of the demo in the basement and also the rest of the house that there should be a st

CONSTRUCTION--per online--I noticed that they are digging out a basement and adding the dirt to the side yard that has a high retaining wall that failed a few years back. I am afraid that the extra weight may make the retaining wall fail again.As the former owner of this house I have seen that several shear walls have been removed from the main floor.
