The back of this property faces S. Columbian Way, just off the I-5 ramps, the primary "gateway" to Beacon Hill. It is littered with aged, junk vehicles, a site which greets everyone coming to South Seattle from I-5 at this location.The property just to the the North, 3525, is in a similar state of neglect, also degrading overall value of Beacon Hill.Thank you.
