Stairs from apartment to beach are damaged/unusable and have been since November 2021 without remedy.Pathway along south side of building is narrow and contains no hand railing despite ~6 foot drop-off. Further no railings on stairs on back side of building.Spigot for apartment has been refused to be fixed and claims that it is locked when it is improperly installed and has no lock on it- thus no access to water connection in event of fire.No fire extinguisher access to back side of
