I am a neighboring resident reporting recurring garbage overflow and loose refuse associated with the short-term rental at 3626B 1st Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107. I have observed repeated overflows and believe the rental's trash is not being put out for collection often enough.The problem is in the paved outdoor bin-storage area beside the wooden fence. The small black garbage cart is marked 3626-B. The attached May 17, 2026 photo shows waste extending above that cart's rim with the lid open,

We use a shared trash area to store our bins, neighbor has not taken out trash in a couple weeks, food is spilling out from the bin, attracting rodents. My contact info: connor20c@gmail.com 2536532744
