On 12/03/2024 two stairs broke off on our exterior stairwell after a tenant stepped on them. This could have caused serious harm including death as these are large concrete stairs. At this time the property owner put caution tape around the stairs and told us not to use them. For the past month we have received no updates on maintenance despite the property owner being aware since 12/03/2024 as they set out a building wide text. Per Online; There is a patch of public land outside crestwood apartments that several people have dug up, built trenches for, and may be looking to build a garden. It's an improvement over the previous overgrown blackberry bushes and weeds; however, they're digging deep enough that I'm concerned about hitting water lines.

I have not been able to access my mail since prior to 7/13/2019 when I filed my original maintenance request. I absolutely have bills to answer to and it's negligence on the part of the landlord to not keep the mailboxes up to code.
