multiple sewer backups- on the most recent backups, the plumber observed that the hot water tank is connected with a black, lead pipe that is labelled "danger, lead, cancer"- repair work to water heater system done without a plumbing permit, did not use a licenced plumber- are testing the water, no results yet - results likely by Friday, 12/5/25- would like to break their lease because of the poor health conditions, but want to have documentation first
