The interbay car shop is a large train repair shop. They have trains coming in at all hours of the night. Vastly exceeding the Seattle quiet hours and decibal requirements. In addition to horns and track sounds, there is long screaming of brakes, engine and even crash sounds. They are a 24 hour shop with no concern to the residences. They need to comply to the noise ordinance and hours seattle requires. I have spoken to many residences in my area and we are in agreement

Kitchen sink is continuously filling up with dirty warm water. When using disposal it clears it out but returns to the brim of the drain. Have not used water in multiple hours neither have used washing machine or dishwasher in days.

I'm a tenant in the Magnolia Pointe Apartments at 3630 22nd Ave West. The Landlord has a permit #6744255-CN.The work is occuring at the building structure that is the south wall of our bedroom. On the permit they stated that tenant units in the building will not be affected by the scope. That is not correct. Tenants will be greatly affected by the work. Please advise.
