Complaint: Construction , Noise

Opened July 18, 2022

There is construction happening next door where a house was demolished and I assume an apartment complex is going up (but haven't heard or seen any notice about this). The construction is loud outside of the permitted hours and it's disruptive to the point where I have to keep the windows closed in order to get any semblance of peace. My unit gets very hot with the windows closed. I'm either melting with a muted construction noise or hearing noise so loud it drowns anything
