Per Online; The city owns the land adjacent to our property (east). This is a steep slope, and the trees have grown very tall. With recent high winds it looks as though the height of the trees may start to uproot the trees and destabilize the slope. Recommend the city reduces the height of these trees or thin them out so wind doesn't have as much of an impact. Don't recommend removing the trees altogether, but the city can make that determination.
