Cars parked in front and back with flat tires for a long time. Also cooking items and piles of junk in the yardAlso old mattress in back of house. Landlord talked to tenant who owns the stuff. But tenant does nothing because landlord would be stuck in a months long eviction process the tenant will just get free rent in the meantime.
