Per Online; The apartment. mixed use building located their dumpsters on the back of their property next to 1815 N 37th Street, Seattle WA 98103. The dumpsters are pulled out onto the sidewalk, rolled down the sidewalk, and then down the driveway. Because of this the entire public sidewalk is broken and has created a hazard for the disabled in our community who need to use it for wheelchairs etc. The dumpsters needed to be moved up against the building in line with the

Restaurant creating outside seating w/o permit. There may be sidewalk seating on Wallingford Ave N. (Sidewalk is an SDOT issue if it exists)

Restaurant has poured concred pad and put in fence posts and had meeting with neighbor and putting this dumpter next to 1815 N 37th though dumpster has not been moved yet. Can't put dumpsters on lot line next to SF residence (regulations - food waste?). RC/L2 and SF adjacent. Our front yard is SF and adjacent to L2/RC rear parking lot of restaurant. 50 foot requirement SF use.Caller wants confidentiality. Alternative contact person is Chris at 954-5034.
