I sent him the information and they still denied my application with the same information they had before. The manager was always planning on denying me. Additionally, someone else told me that I could use a guarantor by just signing up on their website and sent me a link. He did not tell me it was a credit check. I have not had hot water in my unit since my move-in on January 8th 2025. The building's water heater has been broken since at least then. And the building manager turned off all water to the building without notice on Jan 10th-11th. After reaching out several times, they said the new water heater would be installed Monday Jan 13th.
