Substandard living conditions; plumbing issues, refrigerator leaking, sliding glass door and front door does not have a seal thus causing condensation. Poor bathroom ventilation there is a fan in the bathroom no windows. The property management looked at the bathroom fan and said it's working but that is questionable.
