About to go through lease renewal. Landlord is now using a property management company. Wants to know his rights as a tenant. Charging $3400/month and a lease renewal fee of $105, is this legal? Mandatory payment fee to use online portal where rent is paid of $35.00, is this legal and does this count as a rent increase?
