Neighbors tree has encroached onto our property and pushed over our retaining wall. Neighbors refuse to take the tree down and are not allowing us to remove the tree roots that have encroached onto our property and destroyed our backyard. We would like the tree and it's roots completely off our property and for them to rebuild our retaining wall and replace the fence that has been taken down.
