Communal washing machine has been broken since November 19, 2024. Despite many requests for updates, landlord cannot provide timeline for replacement. More than 20 people are currently sharing one washing machine, including tenants from the house next door.

There is construction in the road due to condo development across the street. They have had to dig up the road as part of that. They lay boards across the open road after work, but the boards are not secured down and/or properly supported underneath and cars driving over them are insanely loud. It's incredibly disruptive all evening, night, and morning, and I've been woken up multiple times a night for the last week. I have no idea if there's anything you or they could do, but

Referred to SDOT--per online--Large metal sheets on 39th near Francis Ave cause excessive loud noises throughout the night as cars drive over, constantly mimicking the sound and feel of a major car crash or a garbage truck. It is difficult to sleep for people in the surrounding area.
