My new neighbor at this address is located uphill from me on Gatewood Hill in West Seattle. He has removed everything in his backyard and is paving the entire backyard. I do not find any permits and am concerned that he has not considered the potential for runoff from the impervious surface to flood my yard which is downhill. I would like the City to inspect this project.
