ZONING--per online--The owner is installing a tall fence around the property with no setback. The portion that is along 37th Ave SW, just south of the home, is already constructed. It is not plum and leans outward towards the sidewalk. The rest of the fence is currently under construction. They started drilling holes for the posts and actually damaged the edge of the sidewalk.
