HOUSING--per phone call--installed her own smoke detectors after RRIO inspections, leaking faucets, no weather striping on door, can see outside on bottom of door, windows don't lock, rat problem, openings in attic and access under house. Rat died in wall and so now she has flies in house. Sent landlord's attorney letter, she is not allowed to communicate with landlord directly. The attorney said it is not affecting habitability
