Per 6/27/11 online complaint: "this home was raised and leveled off nine (9) inches. the home is on a steep slope and no permits were issued. some of the 6x6 beams used are not anchored down. a apartment was built in the basement and sewer runs down the property to 22nd ave past Jim and Sharon Price" since 1/1/09***house raised 9" and leveled and additional dwelling unit added to basement without permit & inspections***
