Magnolia Vista Apartment tenants have been waiting since October 16th, 2022 for our shared dryers to be repaired. We have only received one written form of communication that stated it would be repaired by December 7th, 2022, and since then that date has been crossed out without any updated information. The maintenance person does not respond to emails and tenants are forced to resort to writing signs around the building for him to find and address. There are 52 units in this complex and there
