Homeowner keeping beehives in backyard in violation of code.  The beehives are not 25' from the property line and are not 8' above the grade of adjacent property.  Only one property line has a solid fence of 6'.  The southern property line does not have a 6' fence and the 6' fence that exists on the eastern property line does not extend 25' from the beehive location.Beehives are clearly visible from SDOT alley located off of Tilden, between 28 and 29, directly behind 371

per online complaint: George is keeping bee hive directly on his property line and in the public right of way, contrary to code. The bee's frequently swarm and fly into neighbors' yards. He needs to move his bees 25' from the property line

Per online complaint "On the north, east corner of 3712 29th Ave W, there is a water pipe, above ground exiting drainage water onto the neighboring property of 3716 29th Ave W. Is this above ground draining from one property legal? This is leaving slit deposit, killing plants, and maybe effecting our foundation."
