Per CSB: Unmitigated silica dust from cutting concrete. All day today, two people have been cutting concrete with no masks, no personal protection, no wet saw, no mitigation whatsoever. Dust is pluming and spreading to the surrounding houses. Silica dust is a major health hazard and mitigation is required by law. Construction is taking place in the back yard (alley facing) of 3712 SW Grayson St.
