On a weekly bases, the many tenants of this address dump furniture, mattresses, clothing, wasted food, and other rubbish on the sidewalk and into the street - both impedes pedestrian and vehicle traffic. The neighborhood reports the illegal dumping regularly , but as soon as the junk is cleared, the residents dump again. There are, at any time, 8-11 people living in this house. The residents rotate through. The residents in this house are part of the same group that live in
