Apartment is infested with Rodents, Cockroaches. Mold present. Smoke Detectors not functional or provided. Leaking/broken appliances and fixtures. Broken stairs, railings, and walkways. Locks on doors not functional. Squatting occurring in laundry room which does not lock. Landlord refused to make repairs.

There is an immense amount of trash around the property causing rodent infestation. I'm receiving multiple complaints of rodents entering my ground floor rentals at 4725 38th Ave S (next door) and now having to spend thousands of dollars in work to try to seal up rodent entry points as well as monthly pest control costs.

Construction is very loud, multiple machines creating a nuisance for tenants

This building continues to have garbage pile up in the street which is both a health and safety hazard. The city needs to work with them to find an acceptable location for garbage disposal and a routine pickup. With the construction right next to it, there is even more reduction is street safety for walking and driving
