Owners of 3720 sw 100th st seattle still refusing to remove their landscaping from city sidewalk. People have shown them the city law requiring removal and they refuse to comply. They park their cars right next to the sidewalk so it completely removes the inability for a wheelchair to pass. I personally have been scratched in the face with a blackberry branch from their garden overgrowth.

ADA Concerns: Occupants of 3720 and 3712 SW 100th Street seattle 98146 refuse to contain their plants, trees and invasive blackberries off the city sidewalk. This has been a problem for years. People have notified them on public posts on Facebook neighborhood groups that they are violating city code and even copied the RCW for them and they still refuse to comply. I'm personally disgusted that they have continually denied wheelchair access of this sidewalk. Both houses 3720 and 3712 have their
