On approximately May 22, 2023, our unit (#403) in Lawton Park Apartments began leaking from the ceiling. We are a top floor unit, so we knew it had to be a roofing issue and not a plumbing one. We immediately put in a request and when the maintenance person arrived, they cut a hole in the ceiling and put a large red bucket in our unit to collect the rainwater that was filtering through the roof. There was also a leak in the building hallway that caused them to cut open the ceiling there as well
