**Complainant asked to submit this complaint again because the emphasis was on the no tree protection at the construction site.**Construction was permitted at 3722 29th ave w on 9/26/22 by SDCI, permit #6850378-CN. A mark up summary dated 3/7/22, author Paul Humphries, notes an exceptional tree on the property requiring protective fencing.Please require protective fencing during construction for trees immediately adjacent to 3722 on public property to the east and north of 3722 29

Per email from Inspector Thresher:like the ADU permitted in 1995 is being built now. Ground is tore up, electricians are in but building permit doesn't seem to be active. New d/s tightlines - needs ss permit at minimum.old bldg permit 9500210 finaled 4/5/1995 (no work?) & older bldg permit 8501037 (no inspections available via PCS; new electrical permit 6434365 & mechanical permit 6437052.

Per online complaint "Three trees larger than six inches in diameter have been cut down that border the park. The trees are part of a row of trees that provide landslide protection to the park and provide aesthetic value. I am concerned that the additional trees will be cut down. I can forward a picture of this to you." Is this per PERMIT #6441882? The STFI permit is for interior alterations only.
