Per CSB; Customer called CSB because the house next to her was turned into a rental. Now they seem to have a business where they work on cars - it is very noisy, cluttered with equipment, sometimes her car is blocked. She is hoping someone will call her to discuss this, since she knows he owner and they might not be working one day and then work til 9pm the next day. Do they have a business license and is this house zoned for this work or do they have an exception of some kind
