Toilet leaks and bathtub gets filled with raw sewage, making the bathroom unsanitary to use. This has happened multiple occasions meaning whatever keeps causing this issue has not been fixed.

PER CSB: Every night the alarm loudspeaker comes on and tells people they are trespassing. Its very loud and wakes me up in the middle of the night because the construction is only 20 feet from my window.
