Hello, I have notified my building manager many times about the issues in my unit. There has been no action proceeding with the maintenance required. I for over a year have had no smoke alarms, or carbon monoxide detectors in my unit. I also have not had my locks changed since the previous roommate had left. The management team also does not have a spare key to my unit. I have also reported previously moisture and mold concerns that they did not address. I also have been experiencing late fees

Dishwasher in process of being replaced however; Home Depot says the electrical and plumbing needs to be replaced before they can install. the owner is aware, and refused to comply. Now is threatening to raise the rent.
