PER CSB: Customer reported the property owner was cutting down trees in their back yard and tossing the vegetation into Puget Sound. Customer witnessed the removal on 5/29/20 around 8:30pm and stated the trees were located near a green umbrella in the backyard that faces the Sound. Customer expressed concern about the tree removal as they are located in a shoreline area.
