Noise levels are extreme, constant jackhammering, pile driving, saws running, extreme slamming. Throughout the whole day. No tarps or noise diminishing equipment ever used. This has been going on for a year and it is extremely disruptive and destructive to my mental health and hearing!!!! PUT UP SOUND BARRIERS!! STOP JACKHAMMERING AT ALL HOURS!!!!!!!!!

There is commercial construction occurring directly north of the Bowman Apartments that consistently begins before 7am. This includes power saws, jack hammers, metalwork - this morning 05/20 they began around 0615, 05/05 there was work occurring at 0400. This is unacceptable and disruptive to the residents who live here. This is a large project that will likely continue for several months and they must adhere to the noise ordinance laws
