Lived in house over 7 years, landlord not addressing mold, window not sealed, during freeze furnace broke and oil from heater leaked so space heaters are being used. Tenant also has to prune trees but on the lease it says landlord will prune trees.Update 3/18/24-Heat no longer issue, repaired in February.
