Per 4/25/16 online complaint: "I live at 3808 NE 55th ST. My neighbor Robert and Jennifer Nash at 3812 NE 55th ST installed a heatpump between our 2 houses in side yard, this is about 3 feet from the property line. It do not think they got a permit. And, the noise keeps me up at night. The heatpump runs all night constantly" since April 15***Heat pump installed without a permit in the west required side yard***
