Per Online; On 9/24/20 the first floor of Unit B flooded with sewage due to a backup of the Seattle Public Utilities. I am renting and the first floor includes my bedroom, bathroom, and a closet. On the day of the flood my landlord had the carpeting removed. Since then no progress has been made. There is still sewage residue on the walls, ruined baseboards, no carpeting and it is not a livable space. I am paying rent and unable to reside there. My landlord has been uncommunicati
