Tree Protection Area for Tier 2 Doug fir has been completely pushed out of place. Demolition and heavy equipment are damaging the tree and its roots. Excavator is being driven close to the trunk and over critical root zone.

I have just witnessed what I think are several violations on this lot. The Exceptional Tier 2 Doug Fir is meant to be protected, but it was heavily pruned with no tree notice published. Tier 3 and Tier 4 trees were also removed without notices. Currently, demolition is occurring and there is just one guy with a bulldozer, no company name and a dealer's plate only. Documentation is available.
