The Falen Apartments in Fremont, Seattle, have had an overflowing dumpster for several weeks now. There are piles of trash and pieces of trash strewn about the parking lot, visible from the street and causing a distinct public nuisance as well as a public safety issue. That trash has also at times overflowed into public areas. The waste has not been removed from the premises for several weeks with no apparent actions undertaken by the landlords to improve the situation.
