I rented at the address for 2 years and was told our unit was the B unit, owner lived in the A unit. Being A and C. Another tenant rented the C unit. Upon moving out i tried change of address with USPS using my unit b and it didn't work as well as just the address without a unit assigned. Neither worked. USPS then told me it is because the owner never registered the property as having any units in it (A,B,C). I then found on Seattle's site that the owner never registered it as a rental. And his

PER ONLINE: Moderate amount of constructions done in this house.It becomes a multiple family resident. The house is rented to several families. Is it permitted? How can it be legal? The street is not designed for this. Landlord is in violation of Municipal Code 22.206.180. He has consistently given less than 1 day's notice to schedule viewings of the residence. The tenants have complied while continuing to request at least 24 hours notice. There have been instances where the tenants have rejected requests due to guests, too late of notice, or recovering from medical procedures. The landlord states that per our lease, he only needs to provide notice, not request permission.
