Dumpster is consistently overflowing with garbage, which is strewn over the adjacent sidewalk. This has created a mice/rat problem, which run back and forth between the dumpster and street. The dumpster area is also very dark, secluded and surrounded by thick ivy and fencing. This combined with the garbage and debris and mess of the area creates a haven for mice and rats and other vermin.

Overgrown surgical center downtown wheelchair passage and blocking Pa signage for Roads

Overgrown vegetation blocking sidewalk behind fire station. The adjacent sidewalk was recently cleared but there is still 30' that is blocked. This makes the sidewalk dangerous for children when we walk them to the BF day school and makes the sidewalk impassable to people in wheelchairs.
