There is a significant amount of impervious surfaces on this site. The permitted design had drive strips to allow for better drainage. The driveway has been filled in after the fact which could lead to flooding the neighbors property.

Failing roof and mold issues. Owner aware since move-in and advised tenant it would be repaired, but has chosen to postpone work for now.
