Greetings,I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms is contaminated by black mold and the 1 bathroom as well. I have tried to work with management who insist that it is common and I need to wash and bleach daily as well as crank the heat, fans and dehumidifier. This is not working and probably making things healthwise even worse. My roomate had to leave because he was so miserable. His clothes and new mattress are ruined. I'm concerned about signs that the foundation of our apartment building is compromised. In our unit we have noticed: floor sloping/sagging, our maintenance person found a hole in the baseboard showing exposed dirt and crumbled foundation which was covered with a thin piece of wood to hide it, and areas where interior paint is lifting/bubbling as if there is moisture getting into the interior walls.
