I'm concerned about signs that the foundation of our apartment building is compromised. In our unit we have noticed: floor sloping/sagging, our maintenance person found a hole in the baseboard showing exposed dirt and crumbled foundation which was covered with a thin piece of wood to hide it, and areas where interior paint is lifting/bubbling as if there is moisture getting into the interior walls.
