There is unpermitted ADU and DADU on property. The owner is selling and listed property as 1800+ square feet with 3 living spaces. some of this Sq ft is attic space that you have to climb a pull down latter to get to.

Complainant called to file a complaint that this house is being rented as a rooming house. I explained a property owner may rent out a SFR to up to 8 people unrelated and it may exceed the 8 if all are related. He insisted he saw in the bathroom exposed wires going into the shower. I asked if he had a way to let the inspector in. NO. He understood the dynamic of what our Code Compliance inspectors can & cannot do, but was adament. Complainant is not a tenant in this building.
