Lived in property for 7yrs, moved out because landlord said they were going to raise the rent again. Tenant told landlord if they were going to stay and pay the newly raised rent, certain things would need to be addressed and fixed, never happened. Tenant moved out when lease was up, gave 23days notice. Landlord is asking for fees for all the things that were broken that the complainant asked to be fixed way before moving out. Transferred to SA
