the rental above my condo had a water leak from the washing machine about a year ago and has created a cracking sound. This sound is terrible and the owner has been dismissive of my complaints. She is now between tenants and would be the time to fix. The tenants who worked from home would walk some ten thousand steps a day hitting the creaking section over and over. I get about 4-5 hours of sleep a night.
